Within no time he had the job done

Jim was an excellent customer service worker who was prompt with the free estimate call on water spigot outside. Jim was very professional and polite. My mother and I were very pleased with the work and the outcome of the job. I really appreciate it that Melinda asked to come back to get the work order down within no time he had the job done. Thank you so much to Jim and your staff for doing this for us the job got done and no more leaks thank you Musso Plumbing .

We had a clogged kitchen sink, contacted Musso through angies list. The office called immediately, she gave us a ballpark estimate over the phone. The tech was out a couple hours later. He was courteous and professional. Told us what he was going to do, and how much it would cost. He wore a face mask, gloves and booties. He cleared the blockage within an hour or so. He cleaned up afterward. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Would definitely call them again. Thank you!

Courteous, professional and knowledgable

We've used Musso Plumbing a few times and have never had any problems. The plumbers that were sent to our home were courteous, professional and knowledgable. They fixed the problem as promised, cleaned up after they were done and we didn't have any reoccurring issues with their work. We would recommend using them.

His sound judgment saved me a whole lot of grief and money

Woke up to find water in the basement coming from somewhere within the walls of the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Called Musso and they had a guy at the house within the hour. Great Guy, Mike. Very personable and smart. I watched as he did all kinds of tests shutting off/on valves to determine what was leaking. I was convinced it was a leaking toilet water supply line. I thought he was being overly cautious to continue testing. He did not want to bust holes in the wall and floor without more evidence of what the problem was. Good Thing! because it ended up being a leaking water supply line to the refrigerator ice maker. No water coming from anywhere under the fridge, it all ran straight to the wall behind the fridge, a wall common to the bathroom. His sound judgment saved me a whole lot of grief and money.
